Human Monopoly
In the eminent midst of disarray of human cries
Flows the unquenchable river of blood in vain
The river floods the earth with a burden so heavy it can hardly bear
And the earth absorbs the etches of pain of many in despair
The sounds of riffles grenades and rockets mutes the earth in silence
Which one of us is next on the line to a sudden end to life?
Our loved ones watching in agony crippled to this destitute
And the suffering continues like a giant wave to engulf us all
The river of blood that flows holds no distinction of identity
Neither does it have any restrictions to cross any man made boundaries
When the spark of our soul leaves this earth there will be no passport to cross over
Nor will there be a security check, aircrafts or trains to board onto
There will be no governments to enslave our human rights
And no oppressors to play their dirty games and gamble on human lives
The only victim of war is truth, which is interminable, if only wisdom portrayed so
The oppressors are camouflaged by deceit which will be hit hard by this ephemeral end to life
They toast on champagne to the deaths of millions of us wiping us out of the map of this earth
In the end only to be acquainted that one can never hold this earth in their palm
It is larger than the greed to power man holds, he must let go, he must let go.....
